Logistics Service Provider (LSP)
- Develop and implement part-time and adaptable scheduling options to support work-life balance (e.g., reduced workdays or shorter shifts).
- Introduce flexible shift structures with adjustable start and end times to accommodate diverse needs.
- Invest in female-specific workwear and ergonomic gear tailored for driver roles.
- Recognize and celebrate diversity as a strength in the driver workforce
- Onboarding script to include diversity as element & for example sharing the apps that could benefit new drivers
Chemical Producer
- Ensure gender-specific amenities such as separate restrooms and changing rooms, accessible with code/key.
- Provide safe and comfortable environments, including secure parking, well-lit outdoor areas, and safe pathways.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere through thoughtful design (branding, greenery, and inviting communal spaces).
Industry / Government
- Recognize and promote diversity as a strength within the workforce
- Provision of safe & clean roadside facilities including secure parking (women only areas)
- Evaluate the ECTA app / other apps that provide the most valuable information for finding/evaluating loading/ unloading/ reststops
- Implement weight-lifting limits and provide lifting aids to reduce physical strain (LSP + Producer + Industry)
- Optimize the facilities at Terminals
